Google suspended your profile? We'll fight to get it back.
A suspended Google Business Profile disappears from Maps, and the calls stop. We find out why it happened, fix what Google flagged, gather your proof and file the appeal, then see it through until Google decides.
What's included
- A review of your profile against Google's guidelines to find the likely cause
- Fixing what breaks the rules: business name, address, service areas, categories, duplicate profiles
- A checklist of the proof Google asks for, and help gathering it: business license, utility bill, photos of your vehicle, signage and tools
- Writing and filing the appeal, and uploading your evidence
- Following up with Google until it decides, plus one more appeal if the first is turned down and there's new evidence to send
- Once you're back, a final check that everything is safe and correct
Limits
- Google makes the final decision. Nobody can guarantee a reinstatement, and we won't pretend to
- Google sets the pace. A decision can take a few days or several weeks
- Some steps only you can do, like recording a short verification video of your business when Google asks for one
Not included
- Creating a new profile to get around a suspension. It breaks Google's rules and usually makes things worse
- Faking an address or documents. Never.
- Suspended Google Ads or Local Services Ads accounts (ask us)
How it works
Step 1: Diagnose
We review your profile and Google's notice, and tell you what likely caused it.
Step 2: Fix
We correct anything that breaks Google's rules before appealing.
Step 3: Appeal
We file the appeal with your evidence and handle Google's follow-up questions.
Step 4: Decision
If Google reinstates it, we check everything. If not, we tell you why and what's possible.
Questions
What happens if Google says no?
We read Google's decision and tell you plainly what it means. If there's a real case and new evidence, we file one more appeal at no extra cost. If your business doesn't qualify for a profile as set up, for example with a virtual office or a shared address, we explain what would have to change for a future profile to be approved. The fee covers the work, not the outcome, so it isn't refunded.
Why do profiles get suspended?
Common causes are a business name with extra keywords, an address Google won't accept (like a virtual office or PO box), service areas or categories that don't match the business, duplicate profiles, and sudden big edits. Sometimes Google's systems get it wrong, which is what the appeal is for.
What if you caused the suspension?
If a change we made to your profile leads to a suspension, we handle the recovery for free.
Should I make a new profile instead?
No. Google treats that as trying to get around the suspension, which can make the problem permanent. Appealing is the right path.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Anyone can buy recovery on its own.
