- Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs right away

Why market to past customers?
It's usually the cheapest work you'll ever book. They already know your work, so a timely reminder about a tune-up, an inspection or a seasonal service often turns into a job without any ad spend.
Is texting customers legal?
Yes, with their permission. Marketing texts need the customer's prior agreement, so we only text customers who've opted in and send email to everyone else. Every message includes a way to opt out.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. You can add it on its own. It's included free with Booked Solid.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It renews every month until you cancel. Cancel at least 30 days before a billing date to stop that charge.
